Collaborating with Kindling Web Design, we crafted a visually stunning web redesign that emphasizes seamless online ordering and effectively communicates essential information to their valued users. IDENTIFYING NEEDS
1) Highlighting Online ordering
For Banter, emphasizing online ordering is a crucial aspect of their online presence. The redesign prioritized highlighting this feature, ensuring a seamless and natural user experience that made ordering online feel effortless and intuitive.

HIGHLIGHTING CALL TO ACTIONS.
We emphasized the importance of online ordering by placing the call to action as the first thing an online user sees when visiting the site. Further, we designed aesthetically pleasing buttons to guide the user to make reservations, reach out with comments, and navigate through the site with ease.
DISPLAYING INFORMATION EFFECTIVELY.
Banter’s multiple menus were creating confusions for guests. We worked collaboratively to a solution that would not only mitigate confusions and frustration but also cut down on the amount of questions that were being asked in restaurant. We also created copy that reflected Banter’s brand image and leveraged it to direct site visitors towards fulfilling their goals.
PRIORITIZING A DIGITAL AMBIANCE.
Banter attracts so many of its customers because of the feeling that they get when they are in the restaurant. It’s being surrounded by friends, eating something delicious, and genuinely feeling warm and welcome. We aimed to recreate this feeling via a retro and welcoming color palette, soft but bold type faces, and communally minded imagery.
